cancellation policy

At Nobletail, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at nobletail.store@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If your cancellation request is eligible and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, you may be eligible for a return or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
